A. 1 Timothy 1:15

“It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all.”

BFC Commentary: Jesus Christ has come into this world as the savior of this age. For those that come to Christ shall be saved.

B. 1 Timothy 4:8

“Bodily discipline is of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.”

BFC Commentary: Taking care of our bodies, has little gain but holiness or godliness is profitable for all things for it prepares you spiritually, here and now and as you move on to your heavenly home.

C. 2 Timothy 2:12

“If we suffer with Him, we shall also reign with Him.”

BFC Commentary: To endure with Christ is your commitment to the most High.

D. Titus 3:8

“This is a trustworthy statement; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God may be careful to engage in good deeds.

BFC Commentary: As a believer, you are encouraged to do good works in kingdom building.
